If you're having a playlist Id recommend (if you can use a laptop instead of an ipod) downloading an application called DJ, which I got via the apple site.
Cost around $50,. It mixes the songs together so there are no gaps, even if there is a long silence at the end of the track it can tell , and uses playlists directly from your itunes. You can also manually mix (and scratch) stuff together if you so wish too.

The zombies have loads of great tunes that would work at a wedding (I think). They are a 60's british invasion kinda band with surprisingly edgy modern rythmic ideas and great lyrics underneath the cathy pop sounds of jangly guitars and keyboards.
"Friends of mine" would be particularly apt.

This looks like a great idea. I'm getting married in a few weeks and need to put a list together. Just had a row with the future missus about what is going on it. So need some input please.
More suggestions welcome. I was planning on having some Rock'n'roll and some 80's stuff some, pop and rock and a tiny bit of dubstep at the end (that was what caused the row btw)

90's piano house section is a must!*
*have been to 80+ weddings!
That's on the actual playlist for the ceremony. Good call.
