Waht have you replaced on it?

everything but cranks and frame
new headset, chain, wheels etc.
and now thanks to fucking clips&straps/pedals i have to replace the above and the front brake and front wheel =(
i need to fix it, though i'd rather have a whole new bike

Like i said, i have a 'pak if you want it. Its got new cranks so its yours to amalgamate if you want. I was just worrying about giving it to someone unsuspecting and the head set fails.
