I'm planning on riding in the morning, but a 15 hour day at work today and another tomorrow means I can't afford anything more than an hour at tempo. I'll be sure to wave.

The Hub. Ride up to the north side of the outer circle, take the pedestrian entrance to the park centre just past the zoo (when heading anticlockwise). there are three paths that branch off, take the middle one. Showers and toilets too.

Will also be there for 6.30 pm. Red and white merckx, black lycra. No base fitness just now, so expect two laps flat out, followed by swift death.

Due to last minute developments, I cannot make it tonight. It'll have to be next Thursday #pissedoff

This morning was a bit mental. Did a few laps with rcc, then a few counter clockwise with a load of others. Was in the orange Jersey if anyone remembers me.
