We went out into the rolling Nottingham countryside and spent an hour of attack practice.
It was fucking great.

I was there, but inner circle. Saw no-one who looked on here, but there was a group of amateur roadies who seemed pleasant enough. If I'd known everyone was outer, I'd have ventured that way. In the end, did about 20 mins, had a sit down, then left. C

Normal rules of engagement are enter the park at Yorks gate and then meet at the first big gate you come too within the inner circle at 6:30ish

Then proceed back out to the outer circle for counter clockwise laps until your legs explode, obeying red lights with extreme prejudice.

In reality you turnup find no one else shows, go out and join whatever group you can hangon it.

I've got a swimming lesson tomorrow, so i won't be there.

Took a chance of a soaking tonight- which thankfully never arrived- and got in my 8 laps. Really nice night for it- good temperature, very few people out, traffic was light, and managed to hold 24/25 for the majority of the hour. Happy, happy, happy.
