Did a lap today on my brakless spinny trick bike. Much to my shock I overtook a guy in full garmin cervelo kit on a crabon cervelo with crabon wheels.
As I passed him I said he wasnt going fast enough.
Thats exactly what fully Rapha lycrad, fully carbon biked up people, love to hear as someone in cut off jeans and a death metal t-shirt on their spinny trick bike flies by
ha bet he dug deep notched up his i-Gears into fast mode and tried his best to keep up with you !!

The only thing that'll look great on your road bike is a new frame, X ;)

The world is increasingly full of people on carbon fibre wunderbikes who are not only slow but seem to have no idea how to pedal properly or handle a bike. In my day they were called 'AGNIs' (All the Gear and No Idea), these days they mostly seem to be MAMILs.
In other news bears defecate in woods and benedict XVI is a Catholic.

If it was plausible without any severe handicap on the part of the geared rider, we would be cheering you instead of speculating. Honest.

The break down by the Daily Mail
"Sir Alan’s bike
Pinarello 'Prince of Spain' limited edition. Named after Spanish cyclist Alejandro Valverde
Carbon frame: £3,250
Campagnolo Bora carbon wheel set, with ceramic bearings: £1,900
Campagnolo Super Record 11-speed group set with double chainring: £1,700
Total: £6,800"By my calculation that leaves him with £ -50 for bars seatpost etc
He must have been a complete cunt
