I think this is everything I'm taking. Saddle bag + pockets, travelling light.

don't forget 6am in the uk isn't as warm as one would hope it is especailly right on the coast with the extra wind and all

my shopping list for today-
new tires, couple more spare inners.
Bib shorts.
Emergency extra lights.
hipster sunglasses.
And some HTFU cos when I get to Dunwich I've probably got to turn around and find a train station that isn't Ipswich, and will probably be Cambridge or Bury St. Edmunds- again, only if I make the fucking ride....

I shall be on my only bike, my Chocolate Donkey.
I will be carrying too much as usual.
As i haven't ridden more than 5 miles in months i'll be relying on food rather than strength...hence...
Salami sandwiches, beans and sausages, fig rolls, sweets, gels, water.
I will also have my usual tools, spare layers etc...oh, and pain killers!

The chocolate donkey is pretty much fed and watered now.
Just the last bit of packing to do nearer the time, once sandwiches and beans n sausages are prepared.
