I'm tired of rants. Who am I trying to fool? I like everything which makes sounds.

I've never got dogs. And the people that have them instead of kids then treat them as if they were their kids. Why is it 'keep dogs on leads' is the one request that only applies to other peoples dogs?

Pink Floyd were musical geniuses. Until 1979.
Dark Side of the Moon was pre 1979.
Obscured by Clouds was pre 1979
Pink Floyd were pretentious rubbish from the off.

I don't do albums. And I don't think I've ever heard Deviant (the would be the time I concentrated more on dancehall).

bob marley. wooowee there i've said it.
to most of the world he only made one album - legend - and that has been played so so many times that i can hear the whole thing in my head any time i ever want to , which is never. im always amazed at how much people love it. in the park, at festivals, whenever the sun comes out, in shops, etc etc. fucking stoner stick twirling poi flailing dirty teenagers.
and jimi hendrix i never got either. awful singing voice and really abrasive sounding music = bad combo.

Marley is brilliant, but what I don't get are people who claim they like reggae. You ask them what do you like and they say "Bob Marley and Sean Paul!".
Fuck off! -

oh and burlesque performances. how shit? very shit.
to me burlesque reads like "substitute for circus aspirations but no actual talent" combined with "a failed attempt at sexy despite being half naked and wearing a small top hat"...

But the actual sound isn't theirs - adding the hammond for example was for euro-market.
Great music, though. Even better from live recordings. -

duh. but most other people seem to miss the huge collection of other work which to my mind is greater (maybe because its not been overplayed so death).

Ain't Hendrix brilliant? Using his voice like his instrument following the same melody line.

Ginger insults just don't work on me I'm afraid, I love my auburn plummage and my amoebic complexion.
