No, but I can be fairly sure. I've been watching bike racing for quite a long time, watched quite a few crashes and the ones that cause serious injuries are a hell of a lot worse than that. I'd be surprised if the guy didn't walk away from that with more than bumps and bruises.

He slides to a stop in about 10 metres so he can't have been going particularly fast, his leathers and helmet will have taken the brunt of the punishment from the impact and slide. Would be very surprised if he broke any bones tbh, definitely not 'every bone in his body'
