Someone came in the shop today (a friend of the shops, really) and is selling his BMX.
It took all my strength not to buy it and complete my stable...

Head tube angle is very important for smaller riders, quite often they make the angle very slack so that they can fit 700c wheels onto a tiny frame. Not a nice ride, though.

I doubt bigger wheel would make it easier and faster to be honest, my commute on my 20" wheel bicycle is pretty much the same as my 700c bicycle.
Concerning 700c wheel on a tiny frame, wouldn't the short top tube mean that there's a bigger chance of toe overlap? (even on normal frame).
Small bike, small rider, small feet = no toe overlap
Not a prob even on my 46cm frame with 700c

A few stupid questions:
Are or why are OTP that hard to find for girls? What is the problem? Is it the physical shape of the frame ie wrong BB to top tube lengths or is it something else and can you say what?
-
• #72
girls are clever that they like building their bikes

There is a myriad of WSD design problems, Specialized do a great job of outlining how they tackle designing for women on their website.
