how do you resize images?

If you upload with Imageshack you can choose it to resize for you. That's the easiest way I've found.

Yeah I know that, but how about just a linked image? Is the only way to download it, upload it to a photo sharing site, then resize it?
You used to be able to resize images manually in the comment box I think, now you can't.

Do you mean an image that had been uploaded to the forum?

I guess I need an "inserting images" thread.
When you insert an image as a url, can you resize it in the comment box? That's my question
Say I want to insert this image
But a smaller size. Without downloading it, resizing and uploading myself.

Neu - not that I know of. What I would do is use imageshack, upload using the url so you don't have to download it, and choose their option to resize it while uploading it.

Well that's not too painful. Thanks.
