VOLUNTEER?
The British Heart Foundation is running its annual Coventry Bike Ride (Starting from Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth) this sunday from 9am. We need a 30 mile "Sweeper".
I am "Sweeping" the 50 mile course, but they are in need of someone to "Sweep" the 30 mile course. "Sweeping" is basically setting off an hour after the last start and riding the course to check that no one is injured, stuck or in need of assistance. A mobile is needed, to alert the event staff, and your bike.
A good way to get some steady miles into the legs. Oh yeah, and its for charity.

I was going to raise this at BHX beers next week, but we may as well book tickets soon.
