Wow touring with an SLR, that guy must have no prostate. I had one (SLR) and it would kill me on a 15 minute ride.
We're all different though; I can ride all day on a SLR.

15 minutes? you need a different saddle.
Have a look at the Charge Spoon, Fizik Aliante, San Marco Regal/Rolls, Brooks B17, there's more selection in a saddle topic somewhere in this forum, but those five I recommend trying out.Ed, he wasn't asking for advice
