I'd say about 90% of my day was spent working on the forum.

Or this week - being on a fucking drip in India. So I'm reduced to 70% forum efficiency.

Yeah, do it again Will. How about having 3 or so sessions that people can come along to for the photos, rather than meeting everyone separately? It would save a lot of time, but I suppose it would mean only a handful of backgrounds in the poster.

Guess who won't be on this year's poster?

I think I will do it. But I am going to start by inviting people rather than just opening a list. Then if that garners enough names of people who will make a little effort to meet up I will open it up. I like having people on the poster who are less prominent on the posting-front but it's going to make it easier and quicker to do if I start off with members who might feel obliged to help out. If you see what I mean.

Happy to help out in just about any way, shape or form. But I won't drink floor polish or talk about 'the Spanish'.

Sadly, the obvious answer to that question is 50/14 who was a great presence on the last poster and will be a bigger absence on the next.

I will do one of there is interest. It takes a lot of time and organising to meet everyone.

Especially when you consider the claimed 12,000 active users.

The individual pictures will have to be very small or the poster very large if Will is to accommodate them all.
