Normally you are contracted to do a certain amount of hours minimum per week, but when the work is flexible then you can be contracted to do a minimum of 0 hours. So you basicly just get paid for the hours you work, rather than a set amount per week or whatever. -

IT also means they don't have to pay you holiday pay e.t.c

I'd love to do this, but not for £18k.

You'd also become a part owner of the company after a few months when you get invited to join the cooperative. All CTUK people get the same wage

I need a bigger slave wage, not ownership.

Who do you work for that is subsidising the training?
I did he course a year ago, trained by Skydancer himself, and have only good things to say about it.
Currently I am working in the CTUK office three days a week, doing bookings and re-laquering SkyDancer's accordian. If you see us standing next to each other try not to think about Laurel and Hardy. -

Im gonna say it again,
National Standards Training syllabus is one of the only things I have learnt that remains dynamic, practically delivered with a solid theoretical basis, and able to adapt to the real situations we encounter on the roads. Cant rate it enough.
have fun being the trainee on day 1&2, dont feel you have to rush anything, its all good stuff. -
