I'm no expert, but i found the black jockeys a little offputting, hence suggesting it was from a range below record...

Anyone know anything about this frame or its maker? Decals say Di Maso. Can't find anything on them at all. Made of aluminium, weighs about 1kg, 27.2 seat tube. No other info on the frame except a serial no. on the bb shell. Any help is appreciated.

The engraved campagnolo shield on the body would say it is 1st gen C-Record though. Some 1st gen derailleurs also had the cut outs in the cage.
That's why i a was doubting . Because of the cut outs in the cage .

Rims? Thought it was Open Pro CDs at first but the ones pictured doesn't have the machined surface.
What are they? Mavic Mach 2s tubulars?

Hi! So a guy is selling this. Doubt it is a colnago... Any ideas what could it be? Sorry, the only photo i've got. The seller also has a 650c chromed fork for it.

What kind of headset is this?
It's Dura Ace and it's threadless. The internet seemed to suggest there was technically no such thing and that there were only 7410 threaded headsets which were converted. Apart from this sale thread which suggests it's super rare wow.
http://www.bicyclebuysell.com/item/202418/vintage-dura-ace-7700-headset-1inch-ahead-threadless
Is this one of them, or were there actually threadless DA headsets? Mine looks exactly the same as the one in the photo which suggests they weren't just home machined - or that they were done by the same person.

Clover cut out... I have a bike with a similar cut out (although yours looks more like a cross than a clover ) and I still haven't managed to identify it.
I was told either:
Cornelo
or
Colner
So I would check online for similarities for your bike

I bought the colnago ,turns out a superissimo slx in an original paint job .
It has the c record derailleurs , hubs, crank , shifters but 1st gen chorus brakes . Rear derailleur has a 21 in a square , crank 31 in a square. I am busy cleaning it :)http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/320x240q90/834/o32u.jpg
