speaking of Daccordi, I'm building this one atm, any idea if it's the real thing??

Farnholt? Be careful. At least no more dealer service.

well I've had the frameset (bought 2nd hand) for a while but have to make room so I'm building a couple of bikes... the frame and fork are in very good condition, no worries about that.
forgot to add some more info: BB is Italian, tubing Columbus

Diamant, maybe?
seat tube inner diameter is 27mm, suggest it's Cromor tubing??

i have an old steel frame with these characteristics:
- suntour pro dropouts (horizontal/semi horizontal)
- 26.0 seatpost
- english BB
- diamond details on the lugs
- i haven't seen any serial number because the frame is repainted
somebody please help me identify this frame. i'll post some pics soon. is it suntour or could be others?

seen a 52cm spanish raseza frame today, how much should I be offering. decent paint, horizontal drop outs. dont know much about company or prestige of brand.

Any one know what frame this is? The dropouts look like surley ones -
• #1010
Surley(?) not spotter.
Surly track ends are way smaller, and look better than those.
But yes, those look very similar.

ho ho hobut seriously I have a hankering for a trick bike, i'm tempted by a 26" jobby, possibly convert a old steel mtb like yours. are you running that as 700 though?
-
• #1012
I'm not, but I could, up to...errr... 35c(?), i guess.
It would become too small though, too much toe overlap. -
• #1013
I'm liking the idea of 26' as I know a few mtb'ers who have spare wheels with disc hubs for le conversion. How much did ted charge you to do the extra gusseting?
-
• #1014
2 gussets and moving the rear bridge up, on the seat-stays = £50.
Very well done. -
• #1015
who did the job, Ted?
looks very tidy -
• #1016
yep.
-
• #1017
Should be strong enough to hop off the pavement when you decided to ride on the road, good job nuknow.

Bought this Dolan track frame from eBay about six months ago. I was wondering how old it is and other specs that people might know about like original price and type of aluminum used.
It definitely dates back some time, since the Dolan logo is different today and the website on the chainstay decals are not working anymore. Seems like an entry level model. A predecessor to the Pre Cursa?

Prefer the old TD logo.

you can delete the pics from your post, or the mod will do that eventually
you could make the pics smaller (800x600 works best) and upload them again?
-
• #1025
Or upload the pictures directly to lfgss at the bottom of the advanced post screen.
It looks nice though, are you selling it?
P.s buy new tyres!
Many thanks Elhuron!!!!
