Michelin (Dynamic) has 2 'new' tires with gum and white walls, both versions come in 23c and 25c.
They retail for under a tenner on the bay, I used to have them on a Tourer (my 1st UK bike), they're good for the pound.

Yes, but other tyres weigh that much, especially commuter tyres. Of course, many other tyres weigh much less also.
I think something is always sacrificed when the price is extremely low.

Yep. Paselas like everyone else says. I've been riding mine 25mm font and back for 1000k plus not a puncture on either.

or you could try gp4000, parker international sells it for 30 quid.
