Upgrading the front dynamo light has been mentioned on the thread. Any recommendations on a replacement?

Let me know what you want for it.. Not actually looking for parts, (although was tempted by your frame, I have a now-fucked 1993 Brompton that that could bring back to life :-)
My shiny 2017 Brompton would have the chainring. Not sue what else it should have :-)

I've got the super stiff rear bush on now, can't really tell much difference but i've also discovered i only had about 30psi in the tyres so it was equally squirmy this morning
-

95-100!
-
• #6720
Yeah i normally run them at 100 but i must have not checked them for a week or so, didn't realise they'd drop so quickly

Had 3 punctures in a row on the rearof the brompton, previous two were slow, pump up in the morning, flat the following morning. This one, after a day of riding was solid. Then went bang in the office this morning.
Must be a fragment of something in the tire, but always check whenever I put in a new inner tube.
Will have to do a more thorough investigation.
Haven’t ridden it for five months or so, felt good to get out on it.. -

If I wanted to change the stock 2spd gearing from 12/16 to 12/17 or 12/18 would that work with the standard pusher?

I switched the 16T for a 17T with zero issues.

I just fitted some of these:
https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/handlebars/thorn-mk2-comfort-handlebars-254mm-clamp-620mm-silver/
to my 2017 M6L. Forty minute job from start to finish, perfect fit, I mean perfect and completely transforms the ride. You have the extra width for better control and part-way towards to S bars (as I have on my other Brompton).
Cables all fitted fine and even with the Brooks ergon grips it folds perfectly (in fact you can have the brake levers pointing much nearer the horizon than the floor and it fits in the new Brompton carry bag (the one with four wheels). It doesn't fit the old B bag.
Only one issue: It's no longer a Brompton. It doesn't look like a Brompton. It doesn't ride like a Brompton. It simply doesn't have the character any more. It's a weird thing. I love the ride, and don't like the look, it's too "normal". Will I change back? I might. I still have an S6LX for the true Brompton character, so I'll stick with the new bars for a while, see if I can fall in love with them. If not, the old ones go back on!
They are great bars though, much more "mountain bike" feel.
