Anyone successfully removed the Brompton rack but kept the mudguards in place? Inherited an old M3R and attempting to make it go faster than a slug.
Any other must-mods?
Cheers! -

Anyone looking for a T-line? Before I return mine to BJ, if someone wants buy mine you’re more than welcome to take it off me for the same asking price.
This is a bad sign isn't it?
I remember your review. Why not return it with a full review and reinforce the point that beta testers/paying a premium is kind of inconsistent -

Thats brompton in a nutshell, it will fall on deaf ears, its their MO with poundshop Steve Jobs at helm.

You would get a better bike when you spending this much money tbh.
I will do a proper review of this bike later when I return it back. (still hoping they have fixed all my issues..)
I genuinely am sick and tired of this bike. It has been back to the factory 3 times already and they say now 'it is fixed' which i will take with a pinch of salt from my passed experiences with them over the pass month.
I think I've rode this bike less than 50 mile. I didn't make it through to their 4 months 'free service'.
They will always have a loyal support saying it's an amazing bike, and I would agree, it is an amazing 'bike', but as a folding bike, save your money and get an old school 2 speed, or the new C line. The new 4 speed derailleur is fundamentally flawed.

What happened to Brompton Junction Westfield? Not been for ages but work took me to that bit of London so popped by and it’s all disappeared. Covid casualty?
