Ok missed this bit, avoiding roaming charges seems less likely.

He answered his phone friday afternoon. I rang on priv said " hey mate it me blah blah" to a response of "oh oh oh u got the wrong number mate" phone hangs up

I then tried ringing back, first got rejected then rang back with number sending on and he just let it ring out! several times..

some of us, are so hyped up over this, i doubt it'll go down that quiet.

I'm a little surprised (and saddened) that in a smaller group like the forum (ok well 15k isn't so small now) that this would happen. I'd have hoped the buyer would want to enjoy the rest of the stuff the forum has to offer, and is that really worth losing over this amount of money ?

When i was speaking to him via pm he said he went and checked the balance from the cash point. So he has access to that card! His/Dads whoever..

It should go straight to card rather than the paypal account. Either way, he obviously knows its been refunded, so surely he could just transfer it again...
