Got a puncture on the parade ground yesterday took cap off whilst i changed tyre, then forgot to pick it up, got half way down strand before I realised... Got it back but it was a close one lol

Yes. 100 miles of the London Ditchling Devil on Sunday.

Drinking electrolyte/salt tablets (Nuun) means I sweat out even more salt than normal.

No. But I do have a spare tyre around the waist.

When I go 80+ miles i start to get the tide line around the front but not dense patches

I'm happy to collect and distribute for people on friday. I'm off work all day as going on holiday sat morning will plan my day around collecting caps, bureau de change and eating lunch.

Post offices aren't so bad, go in grab jiffy bag put bag on counter with hat sealed inside, man/woman weighs it and posts it, give them money... only pain is queuing.
