The curse continues. I chose not to wear my cap today and got rewarded by being rear ended waiting at lights. These caps, damned if you wear them, damned if you don't.

Ps bike is fine, I have some bruising. Guy admitted to adjusting his stereo at the time and is to be charged with careless driving (PCSOs were on the spot so called out the police to charge him). Witness statement done, ambulance checked me out and said I have high blood pressure (no shit Sherlock, I've just been rear ended).

Sumo has sorted me a lovelly Americano, I have added some Scottish sweetener to it for medicinal reasons. I will not be defeated by a cap.

I had mine in my bag at polo and crashed into a wall a bit and hurt my shoulder.

While crossing fingers and touching wood, I have yet to be visited by the curse. I thought I was certain to be yesterday, when I rolled through a load of smashed glass that I spotted too late to avoid but miraculously didn't puncture.
