Our ladies team went for a spin together in the late afternoon, so you've seen them on a way out or back.

Passed them on Marlebone Rd at Reg Park, gave a big wave as I went by on my lurid green bike

I caught a ladies team LMNH-er out in Richmond Park at the beginning of the week. I was forum capped and got a smile. is a nice kit!

Was in yesterday and Lewin mentioned that LMNH is a year old, in a weeks time.

I have to disagree. At four quid they're slightly over priced IMO.

In the Hoxton Hotel for £4 you get twice as much milkshake and it's also twice as good.

Milkshakes are delicious, especially when Prancer pays for yours.

Byron burger does the best milkshake in town. Had one from Look Mum, not a patch on Byron.

Ed's diner milkshakes are pretty boss. Peanut Butter.

I was disappointed with mine from there. Have one from Byron, but eat in. Comes in that silver jug thing they blend it in, cold as you like. Historic, as Michael Winner would say.

Fine Burger Company also do a pretty fine shake - must try the Hoxton Hotel one though - as it's just across the road - thanks for the tip Andy
