What's wild there is that the suspension is based on tests from 2022 or maybe earlier (release from team says "This decision is based on checks carried out before his arrival in the team on January 1, 2023.").

Why does it take 1 year on a team, with tests done a year before he'd even joined, before he's booted? Dafuq are they doing with the test results? Yeah yeah I know they need a pattern, but did it really take them two years or more to spot an abnormality? Like, they had to wait for his dealer to miss a delivery before they realised he was shit?

Professional sports teams suspected of doping in an era when it couldn't be detected, who would've thought it? Luckily that couldn't happen these days as thanks to advances in nutrition and training methods the 'sportsmen' of today look like a totally different species to their predecessors.
