Radcliffe's comments are unbelievable. Athletics are probably 17 years behind cycling now - they're at the circling the wagons after the Festina scandal phase.
Not surprised she's made a statement to the BBC - clearing the way for her to appear on the BBC team for the Worlds.

"We live in a world of doping in sport. My sport has lead the way on that."
Coe, telling it how it is!

She speaks!
Hasn't Radcliffe always been completely open about how she uses artificial means to manipulate her blood parameters ?

Coe is beginning to make McQuaid and Blatter look like reasonable people.
One has to wonder how clean he was. Personally, I have no longer have any faith in his athletic accomplishments.

Don't be stupid. With his talent, if Coe had been a doper he would never have lost a race in his life.

Coe on the suggestion that his role at nike is a conflick of intrest with his role at the iaaf.
“There are three things to bear in mind here: a conflict is only a conflict if it is not a registered responsibility. I think I am probably the most transparent and open person who has ever sought office. You can go on to any number of websites, everything I do is in the public domain,” said Coe. “Secondly, it is only a conflict if you can’t stand behind procedures and processes and, thirdly, it’s if you behave badly. I don’t intend to do any one of those three.”
Help me here; is he saying in his first point that something cant be a conflict if you have registered it? Point 2 is meangless and point 3 seems to jsut say "trust me ;-)".

is he saying in his first point that something cant be a conflict if you have registered it?
That's what he's saying, and he actually beleives it because he is mired in sleaze from his time in parliament

Coe is a politician, and as slippery as they come IMO. Not someone I trust.

Paula Radcliffe not happy: http://www.itv.com/news/2015-09-08/paula-radcliffe-denies-untrue-and-damaging-doping-allegations/
The newspaper had published several pieces throughout August commenting on a database of test results taken from athletes between 201 and 2012, in which experts argued the data showed abnormal readings for a number of endurance runners.
Radcliffe was not named in the articles, but was mentioned at today's hearing - a method she criticised as abusing Parliamentary privilege by allowing her reputation to be "tarnished", while preventing her from taking legal action for libel.
^ something is going to come out, I can't stop it but here's some words about privacy and complexity of interpreting blood data and my kids and ethics before it does, and you can't fail a bio-passport blood test m'kay?
