just get a cycling jersey if you're worried about flashing drivers, they're cut lower at the back so you should be golden.. nice and cool, dry quick—*what more do you want.
fuck jackets, I'm shorts and t-shirt til September now!

A gilet and a couple of lycra arms, rolled up in your short sleeved jersey pockets, and you're ready most of what the British summer has to offer.
Dont listen to Hippys brags of nekkidness. He wears one of these.

The faster you ride, the more the wind cools you down. In summer you just need to pick up the pace a bit.

just wear an extra long t-shirt like those american apparel one.

whatever you buy, summer will be over once you buy it. Always happens to me anyway!

I was thinking of a jacket as its easy to take off and then you look normal again, but as its main goal is to protect you from rain or cold so a summer jacket probably doesn't exist and I probably wouldn't wear a jersey/gilet and then get changed as soon as I get to my destination as normally it takes about 14minutes for me to do my 4 mile commute but I'm still always covered in sweat!

jacka(ss)
i think its the head that is the bit that over heats
you could go for some trepanning, or if you dont want to go down the medieval route, you could consider sawing off the top of your head and attach it back with a hinge for added ventilation.

What is this gibberish?
You want a jacket but you don't because it's not appropriate to wear a jacket in hot weather but you won't wear a jersey which is what every other cyclist does?
This is lynx's alias isn't it? you're crap.

I piss onto myself. Starts out all warm and yucky but it cools down pretty quick. On long rides, as the piss evaporates it helps with heat transfer away from my groin. Also it means I can lick my shorts for much-needed electrolytes.

It's more because I don't like just cycling in a shirt on my commute, which always rides up making me moon all the driver who are already impatient and aggressive enough! By looks good I mean doesn't make me look like a canary!
P.S. Sorry for the "Coll" FailWear some underwear?

Slow down.
biiinnnnnngo!
there's no rush, take it easy, and you'll get to your destination soon.
Ive been in T & shorts for a good few weeks.
Wearing jackets when it isnt actually cold is horrendous, theres more water on the inside than the outside!
