Went to the meat place in the O2 dome thing and they had the meat really overcooked IMO. Very little was rare and not enough for my liking.

You are right, but if its an all you can eat on a skewer you just end up waiting or eating over cooked meat. I am so looking forward to this.

Seeing that table 2/res list is growing I'm upping it to a table of 30 today.. But that is my cut off. We'll still have a res list just in case. Still a month away..
