Hey are the Polish guys on here? I need some advice re: bike rickshaw. PM me?

I am up for any practice opps, was gonna focus on some solo polo this week in the park round to corner. So if Jess or anybody don't mind playing with a muppet then I am up for it.
Trust me, I'm abysmal. I'm only making up numbers in the Open so my Berlin team-mates can play. I feel so bad that I'm going to let them down but they keep reassuring me it's fine so it's just public humiliation I have to deal with now! ha. I'll send you a message when I get to London.

^ Did you not notice I had some stabilizers on my bike? I am that bad.

Are ill pigs wearing furry pink 'onesies'? If so you will by default, no tourney needed

Appears not... polo-bike tinkering night in then.

Aw, what happened to Polo? Just me and Stan showed up. At least I got to try out my new 1.8 gear ratio... from Homerton.
-
• #2613
Yeah sorry, it always happens. A few people are away as well and a good few beginners were practicing for the open last night. Sorry!

i showed up. was there from about 7.10-7.35, then went to the Roebuck via Morleys, where I heard tell of polo at Newington and went there for a game

Yeah it was a team night as we're practising for the London Open.
Just to reiterate, always make sure there are 6 on the list before showing up. Peckham is not a nice place.

A heads up in case anyone is looking for a medium polo pomp, I'll probably be selling mine soon, without the hub gear and the 48h front wheel (will have a 'normal' wheelset on) for around £200.

Very tempted... when might this happen? Still waiting for invoices to be paid... :-(
Polo tomorrow?
-
• #2618
It will happen after I've built my new bike and I'm sure I like it. Probably before the end of the month.
Yep polo tomorrow.
-
• #2619
I should be paid by then, if not I'd have to kill them. Can I give it a little try tomorrow??
-
• #2620
Yeah sure, no worries. I'll bring you a mallet as well if you still need it.
-
• #2621
I have got cedy's one now, the head is rather short, but should be ok for tomorrow. Thanks a lot though.

• #2622
The pomp's going already? Too heavy?
-
• #2623
