ive looked on these forums and the tinternet as i got my new nito bullhorns this morning and am not sure the best way to position them...

can you please tell me

1: horizontal to the floor
2: sloping away from you depending on your height/riding position and arm angle?

is it 1 or 2?

I think that a legitimate question, really it should be somewhere close to set up 1 but in reality I would try a few options around this.

Whatever is most comfortable for riding, flat for posing.

No saddle = ouch!

I'd go for 1. If they they are tilted forward (down) you won't be able to grip them properly.
Put them on loose then see where feels most comfortable, you may want them sloping up a fraction.
