It's present in the OED so I'm going to be controversion and say yes. Technically it has been spelt wrong and should just be with one g but I think the double g is an acceptable version in common parlance.

Actually, on deeper investigation it would seem that ogle has it's roots in Lower German so probably not a real word, although word has similar geographical etymology so I don't reckon you can use that either.
