Thanks to Jono, Andy, Gabes, Wayne and everyone else who helped out, this was my first big tourney that I played in and it was awesome. Really well organised but it still felt DIY and super friendly.
Massive props to all who made this happen.
Also, London put on a sweet performance some really good games from all of you (Cogs stick in my mind, well done E J &C)

London Worlds 2012!! not at the same time as the Olympics though, flights will be ridic!
Exactly. Prices of absolutely everything will be inflated in London around that time, with transport headlining.

Post-olympics, the flights will be really cheap.

Great weekend! One of the most fun tourneys I've attended!
Thanks a lot to Mr. Vidal for safekeeping us. -

Really beautiful weekend, Way better than I had ever expected. I wish I had the energy to come out and drink with everyone after the tourneys, but my old bones were longing for my bed.
Also a bit bitter sweet as it was Spinal Tap Out's swan song. We did alright for a bunch of guys who barely ever see each other. I need a new team!
Hows the wrist John (pigfarmer)?

What a awesome weekend!
Some of the best polo I’ve seen in ages.... London really lifted their game over the whole weekend.
Our first day for us was incredible I think we got pretty lucky with some of the teams we played and didn’t expect to win half of them.
I guess cos it was gonna be our last tourney together we loosened up loads and expected “nothing”.
Playing polosynthese, East Van and DTGP on the first day was awesome I don’t think we’d (elks) had gelled like that before and had such a fun time in the process. ELKS, Love you guys till next time. One of my fav games was on day 2 with Cogs vs Machine.
Actually I thought Emmet had an amazing tourney and IMO MVP. You really raised your game and played low and fast throughout the 2 days and really supported Cam and Pig slag when needed.Other players/teams that really stood out to me were:
Midfield/ defence
Mario from L’equipe was also fucking amazing... Deff my kinda player. Strong at the back feeding the other boys but yet attacking enough to get on the score board more than a few times.
Of course sea weed... Same kinda deal but with a humour and a smile.Attack/midfield
Rory from east van, for such a big guy had the grace and speed and the snappiest back hander ive seen.
Joe from machine, absolutely solid with no sign of emotion at all surgeon like precision and a shot with so much power ace to see from a lefty.Really really gutted I had to go to work and miss the final. (BIG MISTAKE!!)
I thought the organisers did such a good job from the conception to the execution. We made the whole thing look incredibly easy!
Ps. Food for free was GREAT! Ace work Boys and girls.
A massive big up the THE LONDON POLO CREW!!!!!
