avoid dunwich date G and i am not gonna pretend i am keen to visit dagenham and redbridge, palace et al. prefer to keep it to the big guns but will go with the flow.
just worth bearing in mind that i reckon the ride works in turns of mileage but if you ramp it up much more then we will never get to the end in time to watch the TdF stage that day. and that is a priority for some of us.
you should just choose a date that suits you dude and put it out there.

July 10th, 17th and 24th all work for me.
As for the comments/suggestions that WHU will be fizzy fuckers next season, all I can say is:

I've been to Dagenham and Redbridge. I do not want to go again.

Back in this time.
I vote for non-prem. Just like the Villa will be by then.

Valid points. I'm all for doing the same as the last 2 rides but just trying to think of other ways to spice it up a bit as for some of us 3rd time attenders it might get a bit stale?
The Wembley option still needs looking at I think? Maybe doing the route anti-clockwise - starting at The Emirates? Saying that, finishing at Loftus Rd would be a bit wank as no decent boozers/food places round there - actually SheBu, just down the road
Hmmmmm, decisions....

The Masons Arms In Kensal Green has a very large beer garden, so ample bike parking if it was to Finish @ QPR.
It's a good boozer, and has TV's outside.

• #936
Fuck that - just converge on Santa Maria afterwards. There's a boozer next door to it too!

I live in W10, other side of Loftus Road. Plenty good spots about if it happens to end there.

G - nice idea. let's just do it in reverse - clockwise if you like. plenty of good pubs west

• #943
question any pubs/places showing a stage of TDF that day, out west? can we find somewhere that is?
-
• #944
will it only be on Eurosport?

bloody foolsball
Clock wise from the cottage, last ground is palace, drinks in the coach and horses?
Too long. -

The 10th will coincide with the stage that enters the Massif Central (I'd rather not miss this).
The 17th will coincide with the stage 15 of Le Tour which is a flat stage to Montpellier, which will probably result with a few break aways being caught with a big sprint finish. Good for the pub.
24th is the final stage and is a dull satge until the Champs Elyse when it all goes a bit bonkers for the Sprinters World Championship. Great pub viewing.

I'll lend Murtle a top.

• #948
I will not be riding to Selhurst Park... Fuck that shit..

• #949
There's a fucking hill, FFS!

We should make it an alleycat... Compass point teams, four riders must finish to get a time...
Don't you want to come to my dad's birthday? He will be disappointed.
