I am really sorry, even after all the efforts my bike was unrideable this morning.

I wish I could have made it. I've been battling a cold that has turned into a sinus infection and I've spent the day feeling like my head is going to explode.

That was a lot of fun. Good pace and some lovely steeds out in the sun. Cheers the the West Hammer (sorry didnt get your name) who gave me a Lucazade at the end when the sun was blazing.

Had a fantastic time rolling with you all. Many thanks to Pisti for making it happen, Jonny for sweeping us up, and whoever made the spoke cards - they're excellent.

Highlight for me was Charlton to West Ham, rolling on to a waiting ferry and seeing a part of London I've never really explored before.
