I have a Shutt Jersey and other bits. :)
This is the reason: red/grey/blue are 12% merino which I may beable to tolerate, black/white is 40% (same as rapha I understand in their jerseys) and that I sure as hell can't stand on my skin.
I am taken by their armwarmers (so subtle detail, yummy) and shorts as well - compared the bib shorts to a neighbours Assos (top of the range model) and they're damn close in stitching quality and overall oozing loveliness and quality . this is VERY good indeed and test ride will be next tweed run marshalls thing :)
They're very traditional styled things that I actually really like. :)
I REALLY hope my skin can bear the Jersey, I loves it. (and so does SWMBO)... otherwise it's no sportswool/merino at all for me and just polyester... I really don't want that.

Just trying to add value... make no bones about where I work... I like rapha and I like shutt... I also ride single speed and drive a golf
I use the same nickname on most forums so not like I am trying to hide anything...
adding value by saying that your own product is good?
Might have been better to have made your link to the product clear for those that haven't spotted you on those other forums. You will come across as underhand now, whatever you say...

http://twitpic.com/1bpxik Jersey on me, Medium size. I know you can pay £19 for made to measure but for me I think it's pretty spot on... YMMV :)

It'll all seem rather pointless when you are lying in a bed full of your own faeces, drawing your last breath and wondering what it was all for.
NIce to feel so welcomed...
Not being able to start a post or make an intro I thought I'd find one I know something about. I stand by my early comments and would hope it moves back on topic.

Indeed. Be open and honest about who you are from the start and people'll be supportive. Pretend to be a punter who rates it and people'll wonder why you need to do this to support your brand.
I genuinely wish you well but please learn this simple lesson.

Shutt = good, Rapha = bad, Solo = somewhere in between then?

Just a comment on the smugness of anal materialistic selectiveness.

there's nothing like being caught astroturfing for making people think you're shilling rubbish...
which is a shame if it's not rubbish.

You're not from around here are you, city boy?
We haven't been on topic since 1996.

Lesson learned, however when I did exactly that on BikeRadar, which I'd been on for years I got the same response!

I just got my jerseys, wore the long armed one the first time today.
Figured I needed some lighter stuff for the coming spring and summer, and the AWESOME giordana bodyclone jacket I am wearing is just too warm for above 8 degrees (even though we're back to 5, yepee).Well, I don't think it's bad, but I find the cuffs a bit too narrow, can hardly get my hands through.
I also wish they'd put some stretchy stuff on top of the pockets. The middle bit has a velcro thing, which is good, but the other two will have all the stuff falling out if you take it off.The fabric itself feels a bit different to my howies merino layers that I usually wear. Haven't touched rapha stuff yet, so cannot say anythinga bout how it compares, but you can definitely tell it's not pure merino.
I did wear some layers underneath, and probably will do in most scenarios.
The general cut and design I like.Anyone knows a make that does full merino longsleeve jerseys, rather than fabric mixes, or would that not work for some reason that I didin't think about?

Their designs are very dated. But then they are from Yorkshire so that's probably the height of fashion up there.
oh dear

sorry but you're all whack. Unless it's supposed to keep heat in or water out, it's the cheapest cheap crap for me. thanks.
that said i droll over Outlier regularly for going around the city.
when i was cycling in france it was super super hot and I could really feel the difference between the two jerseys i had (one cheapo and one quite pricey) even in cold weather i can feel how different they are. i'd say its worth putting some dorrah aside for good kit, just to feel more comfortable like
