I rode a 25mi course on a TT bike 1min slower than I did last year on a normal road bike.

Up round Box Hill, 55miles, singlespeed. Low wind, sunshine, spring poking its head up - one of those days you can't help smiling to yourself.

I argued on here, went for a ride, came back and argued some more.

55 hilly miles (including the lovely toys hill) and a coffee stop

I didnt. I woke up with a hangover, got grumpy because the boy didnt phone, went for a walk to lighten my mood, it didnt work, ate some junk food, only now am i about to jump on my bike to ride to the pub and get seven shades of shitfaced with my brother. Hopefully that will make me less grumpy.

I have been thinking about death today too... I am becoming increasingly aware of my own mortality.

Didn't get out on the bike today as been busy but I have all day tomorrow to do so, maybe a trip to Fulham, Hyde Park and then Soho.

No, I'm going for a walk, to Sainsbury's, to buy baps. Then I am going to clean my bike, have a bath, think some more about death, phone my brother, eat my dinner, make my lunch for tomorrow, read a book and then go to bed. With any luck I will never wake up again.
