just make sure your chain line is right too. if its off then the chain will wear very fast and slacken quickly. also if it gets too loose you might de-rail the chain i did this down the euston road at about 25 the other day alot less than fun and my frame looks worse for wear because of it.

Since my last post, I have reset my rear wheel so the chain is not super tight, I have left a bit of slack and this has not moved in 5 days. I was clearly fitting it too tight as I thought any movement was bad.
Feel much better about life right now :-)
