Stem bags work well too.

Just make sure you actually do up the draw-cord before pinning it down a set of drop offs...

Those 3 strap sling things seem popular also. I also struggle with this as most photography happens when on the bike and constantly stopping and rummaging through backpack, dropping lens caps in the canal etc is getting a bit long.

More stuff from around Barking / East Ham.
These are actually nice areas, obviously I’m curating things a bit and mostly like the stuff you get at the fringes of the city.

I got called into work on Saturday evening and was then stuck for the next 36+ hours, so didn't get a chance to post in this week's challenge. So, here's my #typography picture.

Which stem bag do you, or @Bearlegged, use? I went to Decathlon today with my camera and couldn't fit it into the cheap "fabric bottle cage" stem bag. I was just about able to squeeze it into the more expensive Riverside version, but it was catching on the rubber of my EVF eyepiece in a way that spelled trouble, so I figured that was a bit too small as well.

I've got an Alpkit Stem Cell, which happily swallows a Canon G9x. Something like the Restrap Tech Bag might be a better option for larger cameras.

Yeah I’m on the ‘gram https://www.instagram.com/dimitrihon/
Used to be on Flickr and loved it but it got a bit weird when they got taken over. Might go back on there as it’s much nicer for high res stuff and also isn’t owned by Meta…

Flickr is such a pain for other people browsing your stuff though (with all the ads between the pics I mean), it's alright for storing / manually linking to images though.
And yea, back in the day I loved Flickr as well, it was quite a nice community. -

Fuck me, phones are pretty good now aren't they (that's an un-edited jpg out of the 14 Pro above)..
-
• #20723
The 14 pro is decent. You get some improvement if you compare expensive lens on big sensors but not enough for most people to care.

Some random stuff from the Olympus D395, considering it's a 20 year old camera I cannot complain.

Strap works well, easy enough to make one with a magnetic clip to operate one handed. Or buy of course. I think there's a thread for them.
Bar bag could work too, you'd want to make sure it was well padded and didn't vibrate too much.
