Bottom shot at HB is a very good non surfer shot ...almost perfect in fact....
I lived at and under the Hb Pier from spring 76 for a year when I 16 ......left english
a level and was in LA by end of week.......Pier rat at first (live under pier with hells angels then got job in peado pizza joint ...........the salad days of youth .

Obviously it's wet in the North, with plenty of moving water.

My first photo outside the 'Insects and Spiders' thread. It was a grey day today - the dead spot of the year - with almost no macroable wildlife I could find, so I took some photos of rain drops on a wire. You can just make me out in the drops along with the landscape behind.
