I suppose you don't use tags or albums in flickr?

Maybe flickr's magic view (menu "You" > "Camera Roll" > switch from "date taken" to "magic view" below) can help?

Google reverse image search?

I found it, in the end - date-taken and a bit of examination of the calendar. I should probably make greater use of albums.

Haha, I love weegee - back in the 90s I used to go along to the octagon (RPS gallery) in Bath to gawp at his stuff - that was a good gallery, I remember being blown away by a massive Haiti exhibition by Bruce Gilden in about 96

Can't say I knew his name before, though I recognized a lot of the images that came up when I googled - very vérité.

Just picked up a cheap D700 ... high shutter count but otherwise immaculate. My first full frame DSLR and it is lovely.

Obligatory test shot with an unwilling model, straight out of camera and cropped.

I still have my D700 that I bought from new. It's a great camera.
