It's all part of Lynne's weather concept album idea thingy (Out of the Blue) - Mr Blue Sky is in two parts on the album (or maybe three ?) - everyone get's the final vocoded phrase wrong (it's even wrong in the original video) not surprising as it does sound like 'Mr Blue Sky' - it's actually saying `please turn me o...ver' as it was the last track on side 3 (double LP).
