We are definitely looking to run this this Friday (9/4/2010). There's plenty of shelter along the Greenway and as we've seen over the w/end, showers tend to pass quickly. Directions on the original post, and will look to run another meet up at 7pm at Royal Inn on the Park looking to be on the Greenway at 7:30pm.
Feel free to sign up here to race or simply wave your pom poms

The weather is looking really good for this. Good move to delay it by a week.

Might pop down. Curious what GI you guys will be running?
-
• #142
re GI -not too high and not too low. The course we'll be running is only 200 metres so anything too high and you won't have the opportunity to reach maximum cadence. You are probably the best judge of where that is but it's certainly less than you'd be spinning at Herne Hill

I'm going to be running 102 GI joes!

• #144
Jimb you're the world's biggest liar. LAIZ. STOP TEH LAIZING!
-
• #145
What you gonna be running there Mr Radius.
-
• #147
48/18 is perfectly decent for this. Gets you into a spin. Any higher and you could be grinding the gear for over half the course.
