  • I had delivery of some Sturmey Archer track cranks today, and they are very good.
Chain Ring just under 4mm thick for 1/8th chain 46 and 48 tooth count and suitable for
    108 and 110
    BCD 130

Excellent finish and looks to bew very durable coating, nice retro styling on crank arms
suits the S3X rear and the hi flange front hub.

  • Well done...

  • Aren't they just off a mini cooper bike?

  • Great. Let me know when you get some matching inner tubes in.

  • Like Mac said, they look identical to sug mess...I wont be knocking one off to 'em. Nowt wrong but I think you owe a quid.

  • I dont make them I sell them and at £36.00 a go makes them quite a viable alternative.

  • Look like rebranded lascos from velosolo. My gf has them and they do the job just fine for her.

  • sweet cranks, sturmey logos the thing that looks shizzle, they need to get some one on that!

  • Wire wool... 30 seconds... Bang!

  • any chance of a cheeky forum discount?

  • Cos £36 for a chainset isn't cheap enough?

  • you have got to try

  • £36 is amazingly cheap, considering the Sugino branded one cost £60-80.

  • And they are british. And originally based in the best city in the UK.

    NG.

  • The company may be British but I am guessing the crank isn't!

  • has anyone been riding these much??
was gonna by a pair for my fixed town bike..
    any useful reviews??

  • poor service

  • Are there any UK track crank manufacturers ? Middleburn are missing a trick here.

  • Royce.

  • I'm riding a set of these right now. 170mm, 44T.

    Good price/value. Running really smooth.

    Only issue—
Does anyone know if these are built for JIS or ISO square taper BBs? Had to adjust my chainline as the cranks stuck out a few mm on the Shimano BB I have. Maybe these are built for ISO square tapers? Emailed sunrace to confirm but haven't heard back yet.

  • I'm also riding a set of these 170mm 46t, and I have the same issue as papercrate. But I do like the cranks, no bad words about them.
