The Ü is an Umlaut and sounds a little different from 'oo', although there are certain UK accents that nearly get there.

Thanks for that! that's the Tooting Bec one. It is a trial so hopefully they're going to realise the huge mistake! They have now added the yellow lines and double red lines to it. They did that in two nights.
