Anyone know of good vintage comics online shops?
If they handle CGC slabbed ones, even better.I am aware of 30th Century Comics (and have good experiences every time I purchase from them)
Got an itch for Golden Age Batman (without the budget to support it, but it is nice to dream)

New Spiderverse movie reminded me i have a half dozen comics gathering dust, in particular a no.1 Spiderman 2099. Looking on the bay this one might have some value but prices vary wildly, condition aside are the uk copies all the same or is there something else i can check? I remember buying this one from Bog Island news back in 92!

Humble Bundle has a lot of Spawn comics available ATM.
Gunslinger, King Spawn, Scorched plus OG and some short run series tooI already have physical copies of the new series and am enjoying them quite a bit.
Not overly familiar with original Spawn, so may get it for those alone. -

Through some weird fuck-up, I've ended up with the complete run (37 volumes) of the manga Vagabond. I know nothing about manga, but since it is free, I'm tempted to give it a go if it is any good. Anyone know anything about it?

Took delivery of Batman 321 in a CGC 9.4.
Low balled the seller on eBay and they took it. Probably about half the Go collect guide price.
(Editted because I erroneously credited Neal Adams as the cover artist, it is actually Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez. Also a legend in the business)

I've been ramping up the collecting side of things over the last year or 2.
Yesterday I took delivery of Batman 189.
Sadly missing the centre pages, so it is a low grade, but presents better.
Cover is not mint by any stretch, but fits nicely with the other silver age graded comics I have.189 was the 1st silver age Scarecrow, some argue 1st Scarecrow in Batman (having previously appeared in Worlds Finest and Detective Comics issues with Batman) This issue reintroduced Scarecrow after a 20 year absence, where he remains a staple of the villain lineup.

Anyone been?
Worth it?
Not sure I am after anything specific (other than random late print Killing Jokes) but am a sucker for this sort of thing
