HHSB represent - joint tag from me and 1000archangels
Old:
some church at the edge of the world
New:
We went to a place of science, basically the opposite of a church, and tagged some thing nearby that looked cool
Unfortunately it was wet and my saddlebag isn't as waterproof as I thought so all the shit on my camera's sensor gives away that we did the new one first.

Call THAT^ a clue?!?

Thought my tag would last longer. Hope you enjoyed the ride.
I always thought the new one looked interesting too.
Funny to finally read what it is now. -
• #8431
^^yeah I thought it was pretty good
^there were some bits of the ride where it was raining really hard with grey clouds stretching out forever and I wondered why I'd decided to do a 40+ mile round trip in shorts and a light shirt, on a brakeless lo pro, but then the sun came out on the way back and we flew down all hills we'd had to ride up on the way there.I'm going to pre-emptively search for churches with asymmetric clocks in the Western outskirts of London now, I've got you figured out.

• #8432
How did you figure out which church it was?
-
• #8433
bringing it back to london yo!
-
• #8434
^^There is a pattern. See if you can work out which one next.
-
• #8435
What, you mean North, East, South ...
I note that all the churches have had a sort of pyramidal roof on their bell towers. And funny clocks feature.
No idea how to find churches in this vein apart from trawling around on streetview (yawn).

^^^^^ sorry yes, a perfectly serviceable clue.
Unfortunately another bloody church (sorta).

Old: The Ismaili Centre, corner of Cromwell Road and Exhibition Road
New: clue to follow
-
• #8438
No idea where it is - but that's a really nice picture.
-
• #8439
Looks like Ludlow! Surely that is way too far away......
-
• #8440
Quite a few places it could be but yes, nice location and really nice photo. Looking forward to an amewsing clue.

Not something just cobbled together

It might be a source of inspiration for the Prince of Darkness. He's certainly nearby.

Damn I didn't realise we'd tagged something that's nearly almost sort of a church - it was originally going to be the Science Museum but it looks boring, the red thing was the closest interesting looking object I was sure hadn't been tagged already.

So between the gothic Victorian grandeur of the Natural History Museum and the V n A you couldn't find anything interesting to take a picture of and decided to photograph a railing outside a concrete 60's office.....

Serendipitous tagging of the Ismaili centre. I call that a win.

I believe it's a skylight for the tunnel linking the museums to South Ken tube. I think you might know that and are winding us up a little.
-
• #8447
I could swear that's just around the corner from me, but 30 minutes spent looking at entrances to mews in SW7 and SW1 is long enough!
-
• #8448
There's a lot of mews with arches in London

this, as it was my suggestion. from the top of it you can almost see people below (its glass).
we also could trim the pic a little bit more, so its more about the object itself rather than surroundings! -

Shadows should at least tell you the orientation of the road, at least, given the time it.was taken. That narrows it down to, ooh...
Pub wifi?
