I know where it is. It's one of those houses down by Avery's building site near Ocean Beach in GTA: Vice City. I can tell by some of the palm trees and from GTing quite a few As in my time.

Would you say that this house is a local landmark, Tom? I'm asking as I think it's important to go for landmarks. I'm surprised that Sarf Londoners haven't stepped up to the plate yet, and I'm trying very hard to put that down to the house not being a local landmark as opposed to the general uselessness of Southerners. ;P
