Old Tag Chiswick Eyot
As HugoNissa alluded to, you can't always get a shot as good as his of this tag. Might need him to confirm that it's the right location. Here's proof that I did at least try to get one in exactly the same spot:

The Reagan statue is outside the American embassy.
No less strange than there being a statue of Nelson Mandela in parliament square, regardless of what you think of him.
Hell, in a small town in Lithuania they have a bust of Frank Zappa.

I'm not familiar with this dead tree but the heavy clue means I've got a good guess.
Not free now but I could do with doing a new tag.

Putting a statue of Reagan in London is less like putting one of Mandela in Parliament Sq and more like putting one of Tony Blair in Washington in 20 years time, i.e. ridiculous.
I would have said Maggie Thatcher, but that is inevitable anyway. Sorry for diversion, back to tags...

Haha, I went into the exact same problem, with mud up to my anckles, before finding out that next to the boat, you have a path made of stones on which you can hop from one to another, bringing you down to the middle of the Thames nice and clean.
Took me ages to clean myself up ! -

Nice new tag! That artist has done some very creepily awesome stuff. Can't get out there today unfortunately.
Hey, nice new tag. I really like the early morning misty look, makes it seem very ethereal.
Old tag was indeed the section of the Berlin Wall at the Imperial War Museum. Slight confusion, because apparently tagging slices of the wall is quite popular, but this one hasn't been got before.
Clue was meant to be 'tear down' as in old Ronnie's speech in front of the wall.
