New tag: next to another anchor:
Did we make it to hard?
How about a picture with an anchor? -

I'm trying to think who might need such a massive dish farm around london, but this doesn't look like it's the bbc...
I need to find it!!! -
• #4579
i know where this is... too far though :/
-
• #4580
I'm fairly sure I know where it is..
If so, you may want to make use of a fairly sci-fi mode of transport.
Alternatively, my friend Charon is very generous.

Are we staring on cryptic crossword clues again? I'm rubbish at them, so bad that, despite knowing where this, I still can't fathom wibble's clue.
-
• #4582
Me neither. Except I have the distinct disadvantage of not know where this is.

Yes, I'm trying to be obscure.. Nothing to do with road names though so don't worry. Again, I'm fairly sure of where it is but not 100% so these clues may be way off.

You're probably right, the place itself has a sci-fi name too.
-
• #4585
Bit of a trek for me... but I liked the clue
-
• #4586
Not a clue
-
• #4587
no? Wibble's Charon comment is genius, in my opinion.
However, I thought the use of other modes of transport for a tag is not entirely in the spirit of the game! ;) -
• #4588
There are a number of shoe tags, right? It's also near another mode of transport's terminus...
-
• #4589
Interesting. I know a place with a big sat dish very close to where I am now, but is it the right one?
-
• #4590
Yes.
-
• #4591
No.
-
• #4592
Maybe.
-
• #4593
no
-
• #4594
Where are you?
-
• #4595
So many clues and it's not done yet?
oat44, to get there you can use another type of transportation, but you don't have to.
-
• #4596
^ Ha! Am I getting a bit predictable Doktor P?! ;)
Just got back, no other transport taken! uploading... -
• #4597
Well done!!!
I guess just a coincidence :)
-
• #4598
Right, bit of a cryptic one for a change...
OLD:
Anchor next to the BT dishes, near Woolwich Ferry North (the 'generous' Charon was inspired,
although what does that say about those crossing the Thames...?)New, continuing the nautical theme in a way:
As I'm sure we know Charon also appears in Dante's Inferno.
I'm guessing Steve Coogan and Hugh Grant (amongst others) would like to consign those who work near here to a special place in Inferno, probably Circle 8, Bolgia 10.

Thats a great new clue. Cool sulphurous pics. Would have loved to have got to the old tag if i had time to.
Not so much an accusation, more an observation. I have, in all my shame, pre-tagged in the past.
