To be honest, the clue sent me in the wrong direction as to what sort of place it is. I found it through oat and a stab at what style of building it is.

In the time honoured tradition I'll say I will swing by there tomorrow. And then won't.

The colours on right hand side are the colours of Islington council, which meant it was some form of municipal building in Islington which narrows it down considerably. With the 'research' clue, you could take a punt on it being a library or similar, and it comes up.

Relating to the death of Ella Adoo-Kissi-Debrah and the growing battle for climate justice, it connects this global health emergency to the daily lives of local Lewisham residents and activists.
