For some reason image search of that picture brings up Michael Faraday's signature. I'm not getting anywhere with this.

I don’t recognise the doorway, but it looks very purposeful. Is the thing on the left a drop safe letterbox? Weird to have the bog standard bricks around the fancy stonework, and a rather incongruous light and lock. The back entrance to somewhere? I have no idea. The Coke-drinking rat did not help.

Back entrance is a good call... something MI6ish about it.

Film and TV locations are normally pretty easy to find but, despite a long Twitter thread dedicated to this programme's locations, I'm still looking.

as @WillMelling has provided the clue, this has also featured in a large number of TV shows.

The you need to give a good clue because there's nothing else to go on.
